Primary duties include; conducting orientation classes for new employees and rev
iewing all company and account specific policies, procedures and training for JB
Hunt's Dedicated Contract Services division. Other duties include training new
and existing employees on proper log management, conducting Smith System defens
ive driver training, pre-employment and remedial road testing, as well as, condu
cting quarterly safety training classes and safety event reviews. I also perfor

Account Manager June 2005 to March 2007
Responsible for P&L management, weekly KPI maintenance and customer reporting, c
ustomer pricing requests and payroll/ billing through Pace systems for Dedicated
Contract account. Daily duties included; booking freight, dispatching drivers,
and customer reporting for high profile, results-driven customers. I was also r
esponsible for maintaining total fleet compliance with D.O.T and company regulat
ions including daily logs, maintenance scheduling and personnel reviews.
Account Supervisor Sept. 2002 to June 2005
Assisted Account Manager with day-to-day operations on-site at Dedicated Contrac
t customer. Duties included driver payroll, customer invoicing, booking custome
r tendered freight, dispatching drivers, ensuring safe, on-time delivery of cust
omer's freight and fleet compliance with D.O.T and company regulations.
Safety Instructor Jan. 2001 to Sept. 2002
Conducted weekly orientation classes for new drivers coming into the company. P
erformed Quarterly training, log reviews and road tests.
Fleet Manager April 1996 to Jan. 2001
Dispatched an over the road board of 50 drivers. Worked with logistics departmen
t to ensure proper loads planned on drivers. Monitored compliance issues as wel
l as due home dates. Compiled, monitored and reconciled any pay variances for dr
ivers. Responsible for weekly reporting on miles run and utilization of trucks.
