ent, managing the acquisition by the Royal Saudi Air Force of over $20 billion i

ions, and satellite systems to AWACS and F-15 aircraft.
Served as pilot and Operational Manager of the top-rated F-15 Fighter Squadron
in the USAF 1985. Unit participated in unprecedented back-to-back wins of Willi
am Tell International Air-to Air Competition (1984 and 1986).
Served at USAF Headquarters as a Force Structure and Strategic Planner, budget
prioritizer for future USAF requirements into the 21st Century in Tactical Fight
ers, General Purpose Forces, Electronic Warfare, Intelligence, Reconnaissance, a
nd Special Operations.
Served as an operational fighter pilot in all USAF versions of the F-4 Phantom
II aircraft, with over 400 combat missions Southeast Asia (Viet Nam, Thailand, L
aos, and Cambodia). Instructor and Instructor-Instructor Pilot in combat operat
ions. Operational Manager for the only Wild Weasel Defense Suppression fighter
unit in NATO. Operated as unique participant in all NATO countries and operatio
nal exercises.
