The topic of our project was Attock Petroleum, Pakistan. The focus of our report was the
financial position of the company. This report highlights the financial strengths and
weakness of the company.

This report is authorized by our teacher Mr. Naveed Iqbal (Professor Department of
business administration PUGC). We performed a critical analysis of the company to
know the current financial position of the company.

We searched contents of the report over Internet only. We collected much of our
information from the official website of Attock Petroleum Pvt. Ltd. Also we gathered
great amount of information from the websites of Lahore Stock Exchange and Karachi
Stock Exchange.

To become a world class, professionally managed, fully integrated, customer focused, Oil
Marketing Company, offering value added quality and environment friendly products and
services to its customers in Pakistan and beyond.

Introduction Attock Petroleum Limited (APL) is the 4th Oil Marketing Company in
Pakistan to be granted a marketing license in February 1998. Though a new entrant in the
field of oil marketing, APL has managed to establish its presence and reputation as a
progressive and dynamic organization focusing on providing quality and environment
friendly petroleum products and services in Pakistan and abroad. Its steady and
substantially growing market share and customer confidence, which it enjoys, are
