Cindy Vordenbaum has over 15 years experience working in the areas of healthcare
program development, improvement and monitoring with a heavy emphasis on meetin

* Created a HIPAA Privacy and Security audit tool that also incorporated the new
regulatory requirements involving CFR Title 45 164.400 (Subpart D - Notificatio
n in the Case of Breach of Unsecured Protected Health Information) as well as as
