Assigned to Director of Nursing. Contacted and signed up fifty healthcare provid
ers of various medical practices to provide the H1N1 vaccine in the federal camp
aign. Assisted the healthcare providers with training in the use of the FL Shots
system. Received and coordinated H1N1 vaccine orders. Developed excel spreads
heets to track registered providers and vaccine formulation orders. Created for
ms for vaccine formulations orders and reports. Report to the state of Florida
on a bi-weekly basis the provider doses of H1N1 administered as well as types of
formulations used. Point of contact for the general public to provide informati
on on the H1N1 vaccine, the vaccination sites, dates and times. Maintained conta
