I salute the kids for their good clean fun. I w ould call that performing arts, nothing
to be suspended for. I hope that the principal has the ability to ow n up to the fact
that not letting these tw o w alk w ould be a mistake that can never be fixed.

I am a 36 year old mother of a states honors junior at Assabet Valley Voc. . This is
pure nonsense. Principal Raymond Broderick need to go to Mamby Pamby Land.
Kids have done things like this alw ays to mark the end of their high school
careers. It's a marker in their lives. These tw o young Padew ans have had armless
fun, and nothing more. They are entitles to w alk w ith the rest of their class men.

I have no connection to this school and saw  this story on the new s. In this day
and age, although youngsters need to know  about "consequences" and all
that...puh-leeze, how  about some good old ADULT prioritization...w e WANT our
kids to relax, w e WANT our kids to make good decisions and w e WANT our kids to
have fun and not be grow ing up w ith as much ridiculous tension in their lives as
some of our generation seem to "cherish". Let these tw o people graduate. I w ould
not care if they w alked dow n the aisle w ith their blessed light sabers for cryin' out
loud!

This is clearly just blow n out of proportions. The punishment really doesn't fit the
