Responsible for the Facility management of 7 offices, 3 of them Distribution Cen
ters, totaling over 1.2 million square feet, servicing over 1,100 employees. Man
age a $17M annual budget, and 11 employees.
Key Achievements:
* Successfully completed 2 office relocations on time and within budget.
* Completed 4 RFP's in the first six months; Carpet installation, janitorial ser
vices, HVAC ductwork cleaning, and painting.
