Guaranteed Technical Particulars:
1. Type.
 The Panels will be cubicle, Single front, Compartmentalized,
Floor mounting Free standing, INDOOR TYPE.
2. Construction details.
 CRCA Sheets up to 1.6 mm thickness HR sheets for 2mm thick
will be used.
 All load bearing members 16G (1.6mm)
 Doors and Covers 16G (1.6 mm)
 Gland plates 2mm.
 Partitions 18G (1.2mm)
3. Painting:
 Powder coating to shade RAL 7032, after pretreatment in a
seven tank pickling process.
4. Bus Bars:
 Material: Electrical grade Aluminum.
 The bus bar sizes @ 0.8amps/sqmm.

Commercial terms:

1. Validity:
This offer will be kept valid for your acceptance for a period of 30
days from the date of this offer. Thereafter it will be subject to
our written confirmation.

2. Price Basis:
The Prices are for delivery ex our works in un-packed condition.
Prices are exclusive of ED and VAT. The same will be charged
extra at actual, as ruling on the date of supply.
At present the rate of ED is 10.3% and VAT is 4%.

Delivery:
Detailed drawings will be submitted within a week of receipt of
your technically and commercially clear and detailed Purchase
order along with advance.
The panels will be delivered within 3 weeks of receipt of
approved drawings.

4. Guarantee: The Panels will be guaranteed for trouble

performance under normal working conditions. Any
manufacturing defects that may occur during this period will be
rectified free of cost.
