PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 1985 TO 2010
- 1985-2009 employment with Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC). I
t included: - Customer service for sales, design, questions, and their future
needs. - Calculations, estimates, selection of comfort equipment with the client
in first consideration. - Application of state and local codes for HVAC calcula
tion, design and submittal.- AutoCAD drawings required from the beginning concep
t to the final "as built" drawings for the owner, architect, builder, or State
safety offices. - Assistance to company for large commercial and industrial HVAC
projects in manufacturing and process plants. Team design / build working with
contractors and clients. - Providing estimating and bidding of pre-design
ed residential and commercial projects.- Owner equipment and operation manuals.

The Interior Design degree concentrated on spatia
l relationships with concepts being displayed through visuals. Graphic design wo
rk. It provided a basis for the past years of HVAC design work.
WI DESIGNER OF ENGINEERING SYSTEMS 2001 TO PRESENT Wisconsin
certification allows submittal of any HVAC plan for all projects regardless of
size, use and design. Submittals require full heat loss/gain and air movement ca
lculations with drawings of floor plans, cross sections, and necessary detail dr
awings. Full knowledge of WI HVAC codes required.
PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT

Prior 1985 in Fort Collins, CO included interior design, interior materials sale
s, architectural drafting for general contractors of residential and light comme
rcial projects. These companies are no longer in business.
1985-2006 Reisinger Heating, Inc., Sparta, WI involved heating, ventilating, and
air-conditioning (HVAC) design and estimating for commercial, industrial, and r
esidential projects. Detailed description above. Please contact me for the names
of references. The company has changed hands.
February 2006-June 2009 Delcon, Jackson WY, involved mechanical estimation for p
re-designed projects for exclusive new homes and small commercial. Most projects
were extremely unique with equipment, additional specialty materials and labor.
Estimation involved use of firm's custom program and methods. Job ended due to
lack of work. I returned to Wisconsin.
