* Designed and validated 2 situational simulations aimed at assessing developme
ntal areas of sales executives for a manufacturing organization in the Asia Paci

* Designed an inbox assessment for the Global Mindset project aimed at evaluatin
g leaders global competencies, as a result this assessment was added to a Leader
ship Assessment Center used for selecting leaders in China.

* Worked in partnership with Leadership from 36 different Non-For-Profit Organiz
ations, to design a shared vision and mission statement for a Taskforce by facil
itating four group retreat/meetings, resulting in a 3 year strategic plan, membe
rship definition, the establishment of core values, and 5 group committees.
* Spearheaded project to produce a 10-minute public service announcement that ai
red during the first retreat. As a result, increased support was gained from key
leadership to sponsor a summit.
* Provided strategic planning input for the completion of 5 federal grants. As a
result, 2 grants were awarded.
Accomplishments
* Decreased expenses for three store locations as a store manager for Cigarettes
Cheaper, by improving inventory controls and creating operational efficiencies,
thereby, reducing employee hours, resulting in, turning the stores loss of $3,0
00 per month to a profit of $800 per month.
* Helped raise over $9,000 for the AIDS Walk Chicago foundation and produced a 2
0-minute documentary regarding HIV prevention that was broadcasted at Columbia
College.
* As a financial officer for a non-for-profit organization produced a fashion sh
ow as a fundraiser; as a result, corporate sponsorship was gained and over $10
,000 was raised.
* As an undergraduate, formulated a marketing plan utilized by a popular Chicago
Nightclub. As a result, they deployed a series of event that increased attendan
ces by 34%.
* As an Entrepreneur, opened a small bakery/catering company consisting of 4 emp
loyees and successfully established and fostered relationships with community gr
oups, small businesses, residents and city officials; as a result, achieved a re
turn on investment of 300%, by increasing monthly sales by 19% a month and hosti
ng monthly sales events.
