Engineered new HPA process that reduced cost and eliminated all moisture from t
he manufacturing facility
Engineered regulation and delivery system that reduced Liquid nitrogen demands
(45%) and improved ASU operation.
Decontaminated 3 manufacturing buildings of lead residue.
Renovated 10,000 sg. Ft to accept HID manufacturing line. Co-engineered footpri
nt for H 13 manufacturing line, co-engineered footprint for NDF manufacturing li
ne, renovated 8,000 sg. ft area for 33 coil winding machines. Installed all serv
ices and equipment. Built numerous mezzanines for electrical controls. Installed
epoxy flooring, constructed new service feeds plant wide. Renovated all office
buildings.
Reduced water consumption from 132,000 gallons daily to 8,000.
Reduced electrical demand from 2,000,000 KW monthly to 1,700,000.
Installed new fire alarm system with over 300 point of detection. Installed 50
plus HVAC units with DDC.
Co-engineered equipment relocation combined with kaizen techniques reduced head
count to run 4 similar manufacturing lines from 95 associates to 69.
Modernized a 273,000 sg ft manufacturing facility over a ten year time frame
