The Florida Attorney General’s Office of Civil Rights is in receipt of

your complaint dated February 18, 2010. You state that you are a resident
of Miami and a citizen of the U.S. You explain that you were subjected to
unnecessary force by two police officers in Denmark which resulted in
permanent injuries and violations of your civil rights. You further
explain that the U.S. Department of State, the FBI, and the U.S. Embassy
in Copenhagen decided to take no action on your behalf. You ask the
Attorney General to investigate and prosecute the matter under provisions
of the U.S. Constitution.

Unfortunately, the issues presented do not fall within the jurisdictional

claims that our office can pursue. Therefore, we are unable to assist
you. Furthermore, the Attorney General is prohibited by law from
providing representation or rendering legal advice to individual citizens
about private matters.
