WORK EXPERIENCE:

Previously, I was the corporate controller, and plant controller for

two defense manufacturing plants, one in Rio Rico Arizona and the
other in Sonora Mexico. The company is a 50 year old company
producing equipment for US Gov't military sales. In addition to my
controller/accounting duties, I was responsible for US Customs for
border crossing into and out of Mexico, and shipments to Canada, NZ,
Aus.I was the trustee for the 401K plan, and employee medical
,dental, and insurance plans. I managed and executed all banking
functions for US operations with a US bank and Mexico operations with
a Mexican bank. I interfaced with prime Gov't contractors, US Gov't
customers, the Defense Contract Management Agency, the Defense
Contract Audit Agency, and the Defense Finance Accounting Agency. I
also have an extensive program manager background. I am a hands on
manager, team builder, and perform multi-tasks. I reside in Sierra
Vista, AZ, within easy commute distance, and willing to relocate.

Additionally, I was also the controller for a defense IT contractor

with Corp Headquarters in Sierra Vista Arizona providing contractual
support to a variety of federal agencies in three states and
Southwest Asia (Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar).

As controller, I performed the following functions directly.

Responsible for the oversight of all finance and accounting
activities and supervision of finance and accounting staff.

Directly prepare the interim financial and annual full disclosure
financial statements.

Prepare the federal and multi state apportioned tax returns and
estimated taxes.

Prepare budgets and perform variance analysis.
*
Establish and documented all corporate financial internal control
policies and procedures.

Establish corporate internal process improvement procedures.
*
Prepare and present to various program managers revenue, cost and
profit by contract jobs.

Prepare projected cash flow requirements.
*
Perform the responsibilities of the corporate risk manager,
negotiate all insurance policies.

As trustee, manage the corporate 401(k) and profit sharing program.
*
Price/cost proposal manager for all federal government contract
proposals.
Prepare the federal Incurred Cost Report for all contracts and
submit to the Defense Contracting Audit Agency annually. Provided
financial analysis to Defense Contracting Management Agency when
requested pertaining to the financial health of the corporation.

Manage the following accounting functions.

Supervise monthly invoicing to federal agencies of all government
contracts.

Supervise by-weekly payroll for personnel in three states and
Southwest Asia.

Supervise the recording of account receivables and account payables.

Presently owned and supervise my accounting and taxation CPA office.

For the past 14 years I have owned and operated my CPA office.
Supervised five employees offering accounting and taxation services
to construction, service, and various retail and manufacturing
business entitles.. Prepared, reviewed Form 1040 for high net worth
clients, Form 1065 for multiple rental-real estate partnerships, 1120
& 1120S for construction Co, all construction trades, Doctors,
Dentist, Retail, Trust & Estates, Auto Sales, Manufactured Home
Sales, Manufactured home parks, Defense Federal Contractors, multi
state tax returns..

Previously I was a military officer and retired in the rank of

Lieutenant Colonel. For the last 12 years of my military service, I
was a program manager for intelligence collection systems. I worked
with corporations such as General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Northrop
Grumman, Motorola, IBM, and many others who produced intelligence
collection and processing systems. Most of the hardware systems were
RDTE funded by the National Security Agency, and procured with US
Army program funds. I had the privilege to present briefings to many
general officers and the Under Secretary of Defense levels for
funding decisions. In my program management capacity I worked with
various specialty engineers , software analyst and programmers,
developmental and operational testers. I was the voting member for
the Army at critical design reviews and all major developmental
decision reviews.
