-Responsible for all aspects of international sales, from
design to quotation to delivery and installation to payment,

-Took company with no international experience into global
markets while maintaining and growing existing client
relationships, generating over $1 million in annual sales.
-Took over day-to-day operations for the Indianapolis
facility, including overseeing sales, warehousing,
administration and project execution. Greatly improved
interactions with main office, including order processing
and restocking and accounting functions. Created positive
environment for staff and sales which led to greater

sales while maintaining profit margins.
-Member of management team responsible for overall company
policies concerning sales, marketing, and operations, and
oversaw development of internal sales flyer and other
marketing programs, as well as company website.
-Led effort to replace existing computer and phone systems,
including vendor and hardware/software evaluations,
quotations, and implementation, as well as staff training an
d ongoing oversight. Installation of FACTS software and
supporting hardware at over $125,000 led to dramatic
improvements in order processing, purchasing, and
distribution. $50,000 installation of local and point-to-
point T-1 systems which integrated Indianapolis and Terre
Haute facilities, expanded system capacity, and improved
customer service capabilities.
-Assisted in integrating acquisition of Tipton Equipment of
Indianapolis into CRC Products after company purchased in
1997. Included analysis and codification of processes for
warehousing, reconditioning, sales and other parts of
business operations to bring in line with main office
procedures.
-Major projects include Hotel Karmina Palace, Manzanillo,
Mexico, and Doubletree Hotel, Rosemont, IL, both over
one-half million in sales, and included designing,
specifying and overseeing installations; continued expansion
of Al Tazaj Bar B. Q. Chicken and Kudu Est. for Food and
Catering in the Middle East; and developing new
relationships with Barnie's Coffee/Al Amjaad in Saudi Arabia,
and sub-distribution relationship with Inbacorp, Saudi
Arabia.

-Created department dedicated to international sales, from
quotation to delivery to payment, serving independent and
chain clients in the Middle East, the former Soviet Union,
Southeast Asia and Latin America.
-Led team of three other individuals with substantial
language and cultural skills to pursue new markets, which
generated almost $2 million in annual sales. Also oversaw all
sales to U.S. government customers worldwide, and worked
locally with Benvenuti Productions on major renovations,
including the historic Athenaeum building, and new
construction in Indianapolis, which totaled over $1 million
over a period of five years.
-Provided substantive input into catalog item selection,
computer networking, and other technology issues.
-Major clients included Al Tazaj Bar B. Q. Chicken, Kudu Est.
for Food and Catering, and Aldewan Fast Food Co. in Saudi
Arabia, as well as entry of Chi Chi's into Indonesia.
-During Desert Shield/Desert Storm, designed and
implemented program to provide fast food to armed forces
through combined project with Aldewan and the Army and Air
Force Exchange Service, which generated over $600,000 in
sales in 4 months while supporting servicemen in eleven
remote locations using modified 40 foot ocean containers.
