GENERAL MANAGERIAL/BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
As legal counsel, formulated business structures and employee structures for lic
ensing and compliance with regulatory requirements including workers compensatio
n, payroll, unemployment, and EEO. Determining start-up structures, drafted by-

Opened and managed a real estate company with four (4) sales agents and an assoc

Served as Corporate Counsel and Strategy Consultant for a non-profit corporation

Chaired a county child abuse task force, an association of city police, sheriffs
department, state police, child protective service workers, school personnel, p

Chaired the Board of Christian Education, charged with overseeing five major dep
artments of a church with over 75 volunteers and an average weekly attendance of

As the Supervising Attorney, was brought in to manage one of twelve regional off
ices. Developed a strategic plan, implemented policies, negotiated contract wit
h a state agency to hire staff, and delegated responsibilities. Turned-around m
