Currently Working in a temporary assignment for Maxim Staffing, performed inpati
ent and outpatient Echoes, Stress Echoes and TEE's utilizing the hospitals digi
tal system. Responsible for providing preliminary reports, logging in the patie
nts data and ensuring that the patient study was properly charged in the comput
er system.
February 2005- ASSOCIATED CARDIOVASCULAR CONSULTANTS VOORHEES, NJ
June 2009 Performed approximately 14-16 (one every half an hour) E
choes, Stress Echoes and Carotids per day working with a large Cardiology gro
up in a variety of offices located in New Jersey. Also, provided preliminary re
ports via pen-
charting. In addition, worked with ACC's mobile service a few evenings per mo
nth.

February 2005 Worked for a variety of shifts, responsible for performing Adult E
choes, Dobutamine Stress, Stress Echoes and TEE's.

ies. Assisted with an LV Puncture in
the Cath Lab.

October 2002 While working as a traveler on a 6 week assignment, conducted Stres
s Echoes, Adult Echoes, Dobutamine Stress
Echoes and TEE's in a dynamic lab. Performed a variety of tests on inpatients
and outpatients. In addition, performed portable studies on the ICU/ICMU unit w
hen deemed necessary.
June 2003- W/E ASSOCIATES LOS ANGELES, CA
September 2003 Worked as an Independent Contractor through Wilson and Associates
(W/E). Performed Adult Echoes on a PRN
basis in a Kaiser facility outpatient lab utilizing the Acuson Sequoia. Perfo
rmed 8-12 outpatient echoes per day.
October 2002- LYNCHBURG GENERAL HOSPITAL LYNCHBURG, VIRGINIA
April 2003 Performed Routine Echoes, Stress Echoes, Dobutamine Stress Echoes and
TEE's for the Cardiac Treatment Center as a traveling Cardiac Sonographer utili
zing the Hewlett Packard 5500 and the Sequoia. When necessary, Optison was util
ized for enhancement of the endocardium.
