THIRD ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

Nature of the assignment: Written Debate


Date & Time: 9 November 2009(Monday) at 3.45 pm in the classroom.
Duration: One hour
Max. Marks: 15
Assignment Paper: Quality Ruled Paper brought by students themselves

Main Instruction
Every student has to choose one of the topics below. In case any student opts for a topic
outside this pool can do so with my prior written permission on or before 9 Novermber
2009(Monday) 2 pm. Once option made outside the pool can’t be reversed.

Other Instructions:

• Write the name of the topic clearly on the assignment paper


• Give small introduction
• Give sub-headings possible
• You must give points for both for and against. i.e. you are playing the role both
supporter as well the opponent of the topic
• Justify each argument and counter argument
• Try to infuse theoretical inputs wherever possible.
• Give examples wherever possible
• Give conclusion/verdict

1. Relevance of trade unions in the modern organizations in changing environment
