between department project engineers and the center's procurement personnel.

Senior Project Engineer
> Had responsibility for all phases of research, development, test and evaluatio
n of life support, survival and protection equipment for Naval aviators. Prepa
red technical specifications for procurements and evaluated the resulting contra
ctor technical and cost proposals. Conducted developmental and qualification t
est programs. Provided guidance for contractor performed technical efforts. I
nvolved in numerous projects in the flotation, head protection and aircrew breat
hing technology areas, including the On-Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS).
As a member of the OBOGS Team, was involved in all aspects of the Integrated L
ogistics Support effort and most significantly had lead responsibility for syste
m maintainability and support equipment development. Prepared the initial prod
