Responsible for the project management functions including validation, administr
ation, planning, execution, closeout, and change management on energy and water
conservation Performance Contracting projects. Accountable for the P&L on all as
signed projects and perform project forecasts, cash flow analysis, and earned va
lue analysis. Primary interface between customers, vendors, sub-contractors per
sonnel.
- Manage energy projects between $500K and $2M
- Negotiate subcontractor contracts, develop project schedule for projects inclu
ding chiller replacements, domestic water fixture installations, HVAC controls a
nd steam trap replacement, among others.

Responsible for project kick-off audits/surveys, initial material requirement an
d procurement, project budgets, installation execution and close-out documents f
or prison low-flow water retro-fit projects.
- Developed project installation/application schedule, audit, and survey forms-
cut project development time by 50%.
- Audited, developed, and directed all activities on large ESCO projects (many c
onsisting of two sites installed simultaneously) -Completed projects ahead of sc
hedule and under budget.
2002- 2006 Regional Projects Manager Aqualine Resources, Inc.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and execution of low-flow water and steam
trap replacement projects. Directed, coached, and mentored up to five on-site fi
eld supervisors. Coordinated with Materials Manager on materials requirements, d
elivery, and logistics. Authored/Negotiated subcontractor proposals, SOW, and c
ontracts.
- Directed compliance of company safety program, ensured daily safety toolbox ta
lks/weekly safety briefs were conducted and documented-contributed to "Zero" saf
ety incidents for three straight years.
- Managed the installation of eight to ten projects annually, valued at $100K to
$3.5M and resulting in 40% company growth, two years in a row
- Centralized housing for field staff and reduced operating budget by $4,500.00/
month on yearlong project
- Developed company material order and tracking form, eliminating lost material
request and simplifying site inventory management
