SECOND ROUND OF MEDICAL & DENTAL P.G. COUNSELLING-2011
It is for the information to all the concerned candidates seeking admission to various
P.G. Medical Degree/Diploma & M.D. courses that Second Round of Medical & Dental P.G.
Counselling-2011 will take place from 26th May to 28th May, 2011 as per programme given below:-

The candidate who remained absent in First Round of counselling will not be
entertained in the Second Round of Counselling.

The allotment of the subject and college shall be made strictly on the basis of merit-preference
and in accordance with the rules as laid down by M.C.I./D.C.I./Hon’ble Supreme Court of
India/Hon’ble High Court Rajasthan/Government of Rajasthan and Rajasthan University of
Health Sciences, Jaipur.

Note: The Candidates must read the following instructions/information carefully:-

1. The Central PG Admission Board-2011 reserves the right to reschedule the
interview/counselling proceeding of the day to the following day or as per requirement
of the situation.
2. Presence of candidate at the time of interview /couselling is essential.
3. The candidate must bring all the original documents at the time of
interview/counseling, if not submitted earlier.
4. The candidates, appearing in counselling for the first time, shall submit their
“Preference Chart” with “Declaration Form” in writing depicting their choice of the
subject and place in order of preference in the prescribed forms before the
counseling/interview.
5. Any candidate opting the subject not recognized by the M.C.I./D.C.I., New Delhi and
joins the course, will not be allowed to claim for change on that account except, during
reshuffling at merit and as per preference only.
6. Call for interview/counselling does not guarantee admission.
7. No individual information shall be sent to the candidates for the interview/counselling.
8. The selected candidates have to report and join at the allotted college as notified in the
allotment letter. If candidates fails to join the allotted course and college within the
stipulated time, his/her selection will be deemed cancelled.
9. The candidate must present the accepted resignation from the Institution he/she is
persuading studies at present, at the time of joining. Failure to do so may be
disqualification for admission.
10. The candidates will be authorized for reshuffling at his/her merit only if he/she joins the
allotted course in 1st round of the counselling.
11. Under no circumstances the place and subject once allotted shall be changed except
during reshuffling at merit/preference.
12. The decision of the P.G. Admission Board-2011 will be final and has to be abide by.
13. The selected candidates will have to submit a bank guarantee of Rs. 5.00 lacs (Rupees
Five lacs) in favour of Principal of the admitting college at the time
of joining. It is mandatory to submit the bank guarantee of Rs. 5.00 lacs (Rupees Five
lacs) at the time of joining in favour of Principal of the admitting college.
14. In case of any dispute, the area of jurisdiction will be Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court,
Jaipur only.
15. The candidates appearing for interview/Counselling will bear travelling expenses at
their own.
