Machines at your facility were satisfactorily monitored during the period of April
2011 as a part of the predictive maintenance program. A majority of the
machines monitored is operating satisfactorily and within the acceptable vibration
limits. Below are the summary lists of the vibration priority descriptions, the
machines condition and the machine overall reading including the finding.
