• Art. 37. Principles
• d) Allow a flexible, varied, individualized organization and sequence of content
and its teaching, facilitating the attention to diversity
• e)Attend special educational needs and intelectual giftedness , fostering specific
curricular adaptations for this students

Art 48. Strategic Measures for support and reinforcement.

• Schools will have autonomy to organize flexible groups and subjects and adopt
measures for he attention to diversity.
• In the form the administration determines, the planning of reinforcement and
support of activities related to linguistic and mathematical competences.

Order of July 25, which regulates attention to diversity

• In line with Law 17/2007, attention to diversity projects will form part of the
school educational project (art. 5)
• Measures:
• a) Flexible groups.
• b) Splitting groups in the instrumental areas
• c) Support with a second teacher within regular groups inside the classroom.
• d) Flexible school weekly timetable.

Artícle 8. Reinforcement programmes on instrumental
1. Aimed to ensure basic learning in Castilian Language and Lit., First FL and Math
which allow pupils to keep up successfully the curriculum in Primary Education.
