Dear Omer,
We are pleased to appoint you with TCS (Private) limited on the position of Accounts
Officer in Grade IV at our Lahore Office with effect from February 10, 2011 on
following terms & conditions:

REMUNEATION AND BENEFITS:

Your monthly gross salary will be 10,050/-(ten thousand fifty only) made up as under:

Basic Salary 352.00

House Rent Allowance 1,463.00
Utilities Allowance 325.00
Special Dearness Allowance 2,160.00
Dearness Allowance / CLA 650.00
Additional Special Allowance 100.00
COLA 100.00
Special Adjustment Allowance 2,000.00
10,050.00

OTHER BENEFITS:
Benefits such as leave, medical and hospitalization Life and Accident Insurance and
Provident Fund will be provided to you in accordance with the Company’s directive/service
Rules, which may be revised from time to time without assigning any reason.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
Your employment will be governed by the rules applicable to the employees of your grade

OTHER CONDITIONS:
You will be required to travel to work at Lahore and to travel or posted to any part of
Pakistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir or abroad as the company may require from time to time.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
You will be on probation for a period of six (06) months from February 10, 2011

TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT:
During the probationary period, your services will be terminated at any time without any
notice or assigning any reasons. After confirmation, your services can be terminated by one
month’s written notice from ether side or payment in lieu thereof. However, in case of breach
of any term of this agreement or any rule and regulation of service, you will be liable to
immediate dismissal.

TAXES:
You will be liable to Pakistan taxes on your monthly salary and benefits, and these will be
deducted in accordance with the law from your salary each month for which you will be
issued the Ta Deduction Certificate by the Company. Filling of personal tax returns under
Pakistan Tax Law will however be your own responsibility.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
You shall not disclose or divulge except to persons having authority to require such
disclosure, any confidential information with respect to the business affairs of TCS (private)
limited, coming to your knowledge in the course of performance of your duties. The
obligation of confidentiality shall survive the expiration or the termination of this agreement.
You have agreed not to do anything, which would prejudice the interest of the Company. The
terms of this offer are confidential and form the basis of a contract between you and TCS
(Private) Limited.

LOSS DAMAGE TO COMPANY:

You will be bound to make good any loss or damage to Company property caused by your
negligence, inadvertence, fraud, carelessness or act of omission. The termination of your
service will not exonerate you from liability to make good this loss or damage.

Please return the copy of this letter to us duly signed as a token of your acceptance.
