President Lynn Holmes called the general meeting of the Whidbey

Cruzers to order at approximately 7:10 pm held at the Oak Harbor
Elks Lodge on May 3, 2011. There were 78 in attendance.
Previous minutes were approved as written.

We have a new vehicle in our midst, it is a 1964 ½ Ford Mustang
which belongs to Dennis and Kathy Doll. Congratulations!!!!

As you can see by the Treasurer‟s report, April car fines, we
took in quite a bit of money because of those who didn‟t drive
their special autos. You must drive your club vehicle to the

fine of $1.00. No excuses accepted!

The Sunshine report for April, thank goodness, was very small.
We want all of our members to be well. A get well card was sent

within 5 months, amazing, a lot of healing going on there! Ray
was at the meeting and doing well. Barb Mann was sent a get
well card for her Carpal Tunnel surgery. Carol Reamer was sent
a get well card for SURPRISE Appendectomy. Stay happy, healthy
and sunny!!

FROM YOUR SECRETARY

My goal for this year is the same, to provide as much correct
informative information to you as I possibly can. If you have
any ideas of what you might like to see in the newsletter let me
know. 360-679-7936 Thanks again.
CRUZ N WITH THE PREZ!

I’m still looking for more sunshine. We’ve had a few good
days, but then we’ve had to catch up on yard work! When the
weather improves, I have some nice cruises planned.
Deanna Rogers is doing a great job with our social dinners.
She has some great ideas. If there is a restaurant you’d like
to go to let Deanna know.
If we can’t cruise, we’ll just eat till the sun shines!
Your Prez,
Lynn Holmes
