PREFACE
“U don’t have to go to the end of the earth to succeed
only to the limits of your ambition”
The practical training at B.B.A level is to develop the student’s a feel about
industrial environment of business practice in order to develop a practical bias
in them as supplement to the theoretical studies of the management in
general. The theoretical knowledge & concept ideas are the enough
background for this career development but the practical training is also
having equal contribution for the purpose. It is very true saying that
“experience is the best teacher “.

Industrial training is arranged by the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University

(VNSGU) is the vital essence to increase the skill, attitude and ability of a
student to perform a specific job in industrial environment in systematic and
modern way. As for awaking the B.B.A student, it is a part of education that
we may be trained for industrial training by actual visit of the well-reputed
companies.

I sincerely believe that authority had a particular purpose in mind when the
induced a full paper the theoretical knowledge is understandable only when
enters practical life.

With great pleasure, I undertake the writing of this report of the industrial visit
because it is a fact of practice of being a student of business administration.

I was deputed at Rajashree Polyfil, a division of Century Enka Ltd at

Rajashree Nagar, Umalla Bharuch where I study the various aspects
regarding the areas of management.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Century Enka Ltd, headquartered in Mumbai, India has successfully

positioned itself as a Nylon Tire Coated Fabric, Nylon Industrial Yarn, POY,
and Polyester Chips with a wide global footprint. The Company develops and
markets a wide range of quality, affordable price products in multiple markets
across the world.

I had undergone a general training in Rajashree Polyfil for the duration of 6

weeks in this I had tried to cover briefly various aspects of all the critical
functions carried out by the company like Production, personnel. &
Administration, Accounting, purchase, store, dispatch & logistics……

In every field of education imparted to student, working on project plays a vast

role in bringing out & exhibiting the practicality of theories which is helpful in
competitive environment. It was great experience

This report is about my general summer training & project report on stress
analysis of company’s employees at RAJASHREE POLYFIL, UMALLA (A
DIVISION CENTURY ENKA LTD.) I have started with the general
introduction of the working of the company and history of the company.

I have given description of main five department viz. Human Resource

Department, Production Department and Finance & Accounts Department,
purchase department, Store department.

I have started with HR department which performs various functions of HR &

Industrial Relations. It includes recruitment & selection, Training &
Development, Canteen facility, etc

I have described the Production department which is also an important pillar

of the company. It includes the structure of the company, names of the
products, manufacturing processes, etc.

I have described the Finance & Accounts department. It performs various

functions viz. cash accounts, Taxes, General accounting, Payroll System,
Cost of products, etc
I have prepared my project report on Comparative analysis of stress level
among the employees, the problem was to find whether the employee feel
stress or not and if yes what are the causes for that? I use survey method with
structure questionnaire & personal interview .conveying sampling is done in
the project.

I found that most of the employee doesn’t feel stress. Some of the employee
feels stress due to the same work is performing for a long period of time.
Majority of employee feel that they have skill and knowledge to perform the
given task. The company is well performing in providing the services.

As Suggestion Company should arrange for stress management techniques &

stress mgmt. training like Yoga, Stress counseling and provide proper training
for making employees capable for handling new condition. Company needs to
give employee a different role to prove their capabilities.

Since maximum the employees working at RP are with the company for a
long time, they are well co-operate to the company. Company is good at its
HR policies & Stress management techniques. Employees, on the whole, are
happy with the Job. & they perceive that stress level is manageable
