Youth Nation Summit 2011

Application Form
Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your interest in the Youth Nation Summit 2011, the first in a series of
events organized under “The Power of Y” initiative. Kindly complete the application
form below (either in English or Bahasa Malaysia) and send it to ynsummit@aiesec.my
by 10th May 2011 at 11.59PM (GMT +8).

Upon the conclusion of the application screening, the organizer will contact you via
email or phone (by the middle of May) on the status of your application. Only 500
applicants will be selected* to participate in the Summit. Out of the 500 selected
participants, only 30 will be selected* for training on how to pitch their projects one
week before the Summit. However, only 20 will be selected to pitch their projects for
funding and resources on the third day.

• Youth leaders aged 17 to 29 years old;

Youth Nation Summit 2011 will select 20 youth leaders to pitch their projects to
corporate representatives on Day 3 of the Summit. Kindly complete Section D
below only if you would like to pitch your project to corporate
representatives for support to grow your project. Training will be provided to the
selected participants one week before the Summit.
