• Reviewing loan files to ensure compliance of the Company’s credit policies
• Ensuring that proper appraisals of all loan proposals are conducted
• Ensuring securities for the loans are in conformity with internal guidelines and legal
requirements.
• Managing risk in line with the Company’s Credit Risk Management Guidelines
• Preparation of periodic reports to the Chief Manger Credit on the findings, along with
recommendations for corrective actions.
Achievements:
• Increased the compliance of the credit norms from 80% to 99% within a period of one year

• Appraising customers for credit worthiness as per the Company credit policies
