Roteiro de Entrevista Baseado em

Competências para Casamento (ICX)


 
Instruções:
1. Nã o siga o padrã o apresentado nesse manual. Sã o apenas sugestõ es. Apenas escolha no
má ximo 10/15 perguntas, dependendo da sua realidade.
2. Realize a entrevista via Skype e esteja sozinho sem barulho ao fundo.
3. Tente realizar a entrevista em 2 pessoas: uma irá perguntando e outra escrevendo os
feedbacks.
4. Lembre-se que você deve avaliar além das competências baseadas no GCM, mas também:
1) AIESEC knowledge (o que o trainee conhece da organizaçã o);
2) Nível de comunicaçã o (language skills e facilitaçã o com recursos de
comunicaçã o)
3) Background acadêmicos e profissionais;
4) Outras required skills que o intercâ mbio exigir.

AIESEC Knowledge
Avaliar se o candidato é membro da AIESEC ou se é short-term. Alinhar expecativas sobre como vai
ser o intercâ mbio, o que é o X stage dentro da @XP. Caso for membro com experiência, identificar o
que o candidato desempenhou/buscou dentro da AIESEC.

4. Why do you think AIESEC realizes exchanges?

que o faria desistir, o que ele/ela pretende desenvolver/aprender/implementar no seu CL/ao TN
Taker.

Avaliar nível nas competências foco necessá rias para qualquer intercâ mbio: GM e EO. Ressalva-se
que espera-se observar pelo menos 50% de cada trainee em cada competência.

10. Sometimes we have to work with people that we do not usually get along. What do you think is
the type of difficult person to work with? What have you done to get work with these people? What
was the outcome?
11. Have you ever lived with roommates? If yes, tell us a situation that you didn't get along with
them. How was it? What did you do?
13. Working with people from diverse backgrounds can be challenging. Tell me about a time when
you faced a significant challenge working with people like this. What did you do? What was the
result?
14. Tell us about a situation where you had to work with people that didn't agree with your
opinions. What did you do in this situation?
15. Have you ever been in a situation that you could improve our knowledge about other cultures?

16. All of us have to adapt quickly when we face a new situation, or the situation changes. Tell us

Entrepreneurial Outlook
17. Imagine that you can't speak much Portuguese yet and your employer hasn't told you clearly
what to do. What would you do in this situation?
18. Have you ever been in situation where you felt that you needed an ability that you didn't have?
What did you do?
19. Describe a situation in which you identified a problem and took action rather than wait for
someone else to do so.
20. You are part of small group of people that must help a small island that has been divested by the
rain. You have only the rest of materials that have been left there and discouraged. Considering
those conditions, what do you do now?
21. Tell us about a situation where you had to persuade a group of people (colleagues or group
outside of the university which you attend) to agree with your point of view. What was your
strategy? What happened?

Emotional Intelligence
22. Have you ever been in a situation where you were blamed for something that you didn't do? Tell
us the situation and what you did?
24. Tell us a situation that you helped somebody that was facing emotional problems. What were
his/her problems and what you did indeed to help?
25. Give us an example about a situation that you broke down (lost control of yourself) at work.
What happened after that?
26. Sometimes we have to listen to some things that we don't like much. Tell us a situation that you
received a negative feedback. How did you deal with that..
