Role Overall
OC of Educational Project
The Role of Educational Project OC is to give support to the OCP on making fundraising for support the delivery
of exchanges in private and public schools of Florianópolis. He/She is responsible for selling AIESEC to different
stakeholders (Sponsors, TN Takers, Learning Partners, Trainees, International Partners) ensuring that it’s doing
that with integrity and aligned with AIESEC’s Global Direction. The Educational Project OC is also responsible
for the quality of the exchange experiences offered by the LC for trainees and stakeholders (Sponsors,
Partners, Schools, Students).

Time required and job conditions
Hours per week (app.): 15-20hr business hours
Start date: November 29 2010
End date: April 15 2011
Background required
 Project management;
 Exchange Flow;
 Ex-Exchange participant (preferred).

Activities and Measures of Success
These are the activities that will be tracked:
Activies:
 Implementation and execution of sales processes (Marketing prospecting and segmentation, Product
development, Sales management and pipeline Selling Delivery);
 Attend sales meetings and create proposals for new partnerships;
 Responsible for relations with TN Takers and supporters for TN raising;
 Management of exchange processes (Enter and Audit JQ form, Acceptance procedures, Matching, Intern
preparation and reception, Organization and internship preparation, Intern introduction into organization,
Integration into LC, Evaluation of Stakeholder’s satisfaction);
 Ensure delivery of workshops in the target school and seek feedback of the students about the facilitations.

Measures of Success:
 # Meetings attended;
 # of TNs Raised;
 # of TNs Re-Raised;
 Quality of Exchanges;
 Satisfaction of TNs and Trainees (according to measurement);
 # of Students attendance the workshops;
 Satisfaction of Students about the workshops;
 Good Project Closure;
 # of media appearances (visibility and recognition),
