OVERVIEW
This training provides you with a workflow of tasks to
follow in order to successfully implement a Business
Process Testing approach in a Quality Center
environment and use SAP TAO.
Fundamental concepts, terminology and best
practices will be presented. These basic concepts and
procedures are reinforced by review questions and
hands-on exercises. Usage of Quality Center and
project customization will be described so that users
understand Quality Center before implementing and
using SAP TAO.
This training will also cover best practices of the usage
of SAP TAO in a Quality Center environment during the
first two days. Using and practice with SAP TAO is part
of this course, however this course mainly focuses on
understanding QC and BPT so SAP TAO can be
successfully implemented. Day 3 will focus on QC
project customization (no SAP TAO) so students will
learn to fully utilize Quality Center.
