The Sarayc›k village is located 6 km. off the 44th km. of

remains. These remains have been localised as Kossara
by S. fiahin, based on the Stadiasmus Patarensis. Howe-
ver, we have not come across any remains that could
suggest a settlement on top of Kaplan Mountain. The
remains that are visible belong to a small defensive
structure.
