At the time of writing, the self-assessment is complete; the primary skills audit
Reflection
is very close to completion and will be completed for Friday’s deadline. The ITP
has been extensively worked on over the holidays and is very, very close to
being up-to-date. Each standard now has the ‘bare bones’ of evidence, with
some evidence to be sourced and up-dated as this term 5 progresses.
Review of previous week’s observations, and adapting future planning in light of the
lesson observation feedback

Discussion of core topic and recommended academic reading and research related to this
GB reported that the final portfolio is complete in a ‘skeleton form’, with any Q1, Q2, Q4,

additions to evidence this term to be placed as appropriate. ITP still needs a little
work to be completely up-to-date. GB to show and discuss electronic portfolio
with KD next week.
Planning for next week’s two Subject Mentor observations
Practice
the children in class 3 have made huge levels of progress since December, and
are now working on YR1 level numeracy and literacy. KD and GB agreed that GB
should focus his teaching on these children (after a whole class input). KD has
very kindly set out a current APP folder to assist and support GB with planning,
assessment and AFL with those children (approx. 10 in class 3).
