that I am taking part in the show FOODFOOD MAHACHALLENGE and / or event out of my own free will
and volition and after understanding the terms and conditions and rules and regulations of participations and
the resultant consequences thereof.

I agree and accept that in the event of any death or injury or bodily harm caused to me at the time of
auditions/shooting for the show FOODFOOD MAHACHALLENGE and / or event, Turmeric Vision Pvt. Ltd.,
their Sponsors, officials, agents, representatives, employees and all persons assisting them in this show
FOODFOOD MAHACHALLENGE and / or event shall not be responsible or liable for the same in any
manner.
