3. Candidates debarred for malpractice must ensure that the period of ban is completed or revised orders to the ban has been

5. IDENTITY CARD must be produced at the time of the Examination, without which candidate will not be permitted to write the Examination
6. Only one application form must be sent for the examination. Xerox Copy of application form and DDs for fees/ fines/other amounts must
be kept for records by the Candidates.
7 If the examination fee is remitted in the SBI, GCT Campus,Coimbatore ORIGINAL CASH RECEIPT/CHALLAN should be enclosed with
the examination application from.
8. In all other cases, fees/fines/other Examination related amounts must be remitted as Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Anna
University DODE Examinations” Payable at Coimbatore. Cheques will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
9. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance nor will the amount adjusted against future Examinations
10. The Envelope super scribed with “APPLICATION FOR DODE AUG-SEPT 2010 EXAMINATIONS (MENTION THESEMESTER)”

Entry 1 & 2 : Write the Course Name in full at Ser 1 and the Course Code as given in Appendix II at Ser 2. Eg.
