Adopting dissemination of educational innovations on the in education

field

Overview of Model

At the first of my Quality assurance Plan to confirm the Dissemination

of Educational Innovations course. In specific the plane will tackle three

areas assure of content in moodle (LMS) provided by instructor for

student, confirmation of collaborative work among students and assure

effectiveness of student performance to dissimilate innovation to

external society.

The plan will be divided to two stages first meeting will tackle general

information about dissemination of educational innovation course and

instructor vision and need requirement of students to rich it after the

end of the course. Also this stage will contain goals and objectives and

concerns.

The plan

Personnel

The courses attributed by many people the main personal I will tackle

are:

Instructor: who try to exchange or transfer the information to student

by different ways such as provide definition concepts, multi innovation

examples. Instructor will establish environment understand the

methods of disseminating educational innovations and factors affecting

them. Instructor also works for Students to gain insights into the stages

of adopting educational innovations and the characteristics of the

targeted audience of educational innovations. I will use interview as a

tool for collect prior information from instructor because set to him/her

face to face will draw clear thought about strategies will tackle for

deliver information. (appendix1)

SME: subject matter experts will help to handle coordination on

oversees the functioning of teaching process and gives notes to

teacher to develop his/her performance. SME work exactly as

references for teacher in counseling about the content that will teach

for student. This person will gather information from him by survey.

(appendix2).

Student: learner who will be tested to tackle the situation for

treatment. The student will be under observation during whole

semester to check their performance in the task both understanding

the concepts (theory) and perform task for (practical) on lap class. This

personal I will oversees the performance by observation physically

(theory) and online on moodle (practical). (appendix3).

Moodle designer (ID): who will search about information, establish

activities, tests, and discussion forums for student and will inform

teacher about how to use it in first time. And my role is to identify if

any gap with designing the content in the moodle also the level the

designer design content it’s appropriate for student needs and

characteristics or not. This person will assure by use specific criteria

used the measure the e-learning environment. (appendix4).

Lap technician: will help for preparing the laps for both instructor and

student supported by resources or example of innovations to figure out

concepts and basic features. His/her job to be able in fixing troubleshot

that will appear during class time (practical). This personal I will

oversees the performance by observation on the class (appendix5).

Curriculum/training

This course aims to familiarize students with the foundations and

conceptions of dissemination of educational innovations and

By the end of this course learner will be able to:

Explain different point of views about innovation and other concepts

related to it. Here student need to be aware about different concepts

related to disseminate innovation on external environment outside

college or university I mean the society.

Link the beneficial of innovation in educational field. Course need to be

educating student how to think critically about the innovation and how

to invest it to support educational process.

Review the importance of innovation on another field as economic …

etc. also to give student opportunity to link and search about the

beneficial using of innovation to another field and what strategies used

there.

The instructor will try to commit the role to arrive to his/her students to

give as much as possible of explanation supported by prober media

methods such as videos, graphs, and mind maps and so on.

Curriculum will be assess by using interview with SME and see the

process of ongoing giving the content to student. Because SME aware

about the content and what method appropriate for delivering

information effectively

Environment

The course community designed for collaboration between

instructor and students to create good environment. Exchange the role

between each .The instructor will use multi methods to link the content

and information to another external use of innovation and describe

why we should adopt or not. However, also instructor by help from

another personal like ID person will design in a Moodle special course

supported by different resources media, online book, videos from live

stream and articles from professional writers related to subject. Also

health atmosphere surround learning process should be identified.

LMS will assess by on site visit for conform interaction between student

and instructor and all the activities are setting inside moodle.

At the end I think my plan presents certain issues that may help any

teacher to make sure that the information or learning should be

transfers to student. Because course quality assurance shortcut and

save of time for all sides in instructional institutions. May I will face

restriction with gathering information from the personal, curriculum

and environment’s thought the gap is with design of content and the

course need more collaboration between instructor and SME to provide

health study environment for student and that will done by:
