The materials furnished shall include the structural framing, roofing,
siding, anchor bolts, flashing and trim, leveling plates, doors, windows,

A1 hardware, fasteners, sealants, and any other component parts for the

metal buildings as specified in the order and as required to make a
complete system.
Unless otherwise provided in the Purchase Order the metal building does
not include:
a) Reinforced concrete foundations, grade beams and/or floor slabs.
b) Grouting or filling of any kind under columns or door jambs or in a
recess at the base of wall covering panels.
c) Interior downspouts or their drains for valley or parapet gutters, either
under floor or otherwise.
d) Materials which are required for the assembly or installation of 12-SAMSS-014

accessories supplied by others. Sec. 4.2
e) Glass for openings other than doors and windows.
f) Interior finishing material, including partition material, except for liner
panels.
g) Electrical equipment and wiring.
h) Mechanical equipment, including exhaust fans.
i) Masonry materials.
j) Field painting.
The building type and dimensions shall be in accordance with the 12-SAMSS-014

drawings or detailed description attached to the Purchase Order. Sec. 4.3.1
All framing members shall be made from structural steel designed and

A4 shop fabricated for bolted field assembly, unless otherwise noted on
