Terms and conditions for enrolment:

A) Registration

1. a) For registration in the desired Course, a student is required to submit a bona-fide letter in advance
from his/her institute to Course Coordinator.

b) For confirmation of the seat in the desired slot / batch of a Course, charges for the same along with
Accommodation (if desired) charges must be deposited through bank Demand Draft in advance.

c) The Demand Draft must be in favour of “ ITI Limited ”.

d) DD should be either of State Bank of India payable at SBI, ITI Township, Mankapur
(Branch Code: 8549) or of Punjab National Bank payable at Mau Branch, Mankapur
(Branch Code: 1730).

2. Students are required to bring two passport size and one stamp size photographs at of time of joining
the training.

3. Commencement of the Training Batches: 1st and 15th of each month.

4. Minimum size of a Batch: 25 students / trainees

5. Training charges once deposited will not be refunded except under exceptional circumstances.

B) Boarding and Lodging Facility: Separate for Boys and Girls

1. Lodging:

i. Hostel @ Rs. 250/- per week or Rs. 1000/- per month (semi furnished)
ii. Guest House @ Rs. 450/- per week or Rs. 1800/- per month
