“A STUDY ON JOB SATISFACTION AND MORALE AT CMC

LIMITED, HYDERABAD”

SPSS software is used to analyze the data that is obtained through Questionnaires and
observation techniques and the resultant was that the employees were highly satisfied in
the organization due to the culture followed by CMC LTD and the morale is strong in the
organization which is more of person oriented morale where it can be changed to profit
oriented morale to be more productive.
EXPERIENCE:

HRD in Ma Foi management consultants limited since 3 months.

Responsibilities are
 Dealing with all the Flexi issues in and around the BP location i.e., in 5
districts i.e., chittoor, Vellore, kadapa, Anantapur, Nellore.

 Being connected with mother center;
 Applying ESIC on behalf of deputees of clients with MaFoi.
