Work profile includes managing & executing the entire SAP Business One- Sales Operations

My Work Responsibility: -

Sale of SAP Business One for the SMB segment and SAP All-In-One for the large business

My Work Responsibility: -

My responsibilities in as a Director is to manage the smooth functioning of the organization and a


special focus on the sales cycle right from the very inception of a lead to closure of the deal and
account management during the project development cycle including generation of leads through
traditional and social media marketing methods.
I had been reaching various organizations across the country and negotiating with the top level
management.
Being a Director my responsibility included handling customer queries and processing orders and
online payment charging. The customer base included both individual and Trade customers
across the country.
We had to increase the staff size of 100-150 candidates in a matter of 6 months as a result of
increased work load.

Learning and training during work: -

Through TIS, I was introduced extensively to the IT industry and the way marketing is done for this
industry. It gave me an insight into working independently and framing strategies for lead generation and
interacting with top level of management. Client negotiations and Business development were the areas
where I gathered a lot of knowledge through TIS.

Through Phoenix India Consultants I was introduced to the recruitment industry and learned the skills of

My Work Responsibility: -

I was placed in Doon Foundation as a customer care representative initially for a month. My
responsibility included handling students and processing their schedule for batches and payment
charging.
As a result of my good performance I was transferred to various Business-to-Business
campaigns within the institute from the next month itself. This gave me the opportunity to enter
the process of direct education marketing and sales for various colleges & institutes.
The students’ lists that I represented as a business sales representative were from varied
colleges & different institutions across the country.

I was also getting trained in the accounts department & learning the various accounting
techniques of a manufacturing unit.
I was into the local market at the grass root level learning the basics of marketing in the industry.
