Individual Marketing Options & Specifications
Although a variety of “business partnership’s” are available we realize that a broad
package of options may not meet the needs of all businesses, and we have therefore also
priced each option individually. The various items are discussed below, with the prices.
In a final section at the end of this package the specifics of each items such as
submission deadlines is listed.
Annual Conference
This premiere, 2 day event of the organization is held annually and moves throughout
the state on a rotating basis. It is a key means of interacting with the members and
associates of the association. The conference boasts a minimum attendance of 200
professionals a year and reaches a broad spectrum of people such as occupational
therapists, COTA’s, students and faculty members. Additionally there are periods
during the conference when the public has the option to attend the event and interact
with the vendors. Each year we ensure that there are multiple opportunities to interact
with the attendees, some of the methods to facilitate this are as follows;
Vendor booths located in the break out areas of conference, and in snack
locations.
Special event sponsorship such as the presidents reception and coffee breaks.

Newsletters
NYSOTA produces 4 newsletters a year, 2 in print format and 2 electronically with every
issue being sent to all current NYSOTA members regardless of format. There are a
variety of sizing options for the print advertisements, these are as follows:
All ads must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the publication of the newsletter, dates
of submission will be provided at time of receipt.
Membership Labels
Having the ability to contact members directly can further enhance your other
advertising efforts. Labels can be purchased for the general membership of NYSOTA or
specifically the attendees at the annual conference. Additionally we can refine
information as needed, for example the addresses of OT’s only can be requested, rather
than the membership as a whole.
To protect the integrity of the association and its members, NYSOTA requires review of
the actual content of any mailing in advance of the delivery of the labels. Please note
that NYSOTA has a single use policy in effect for each set of labels that are purchased.

Discount labels - Purchase 4 or more sets of labels and receive $25 off each set of labels.
Webinars
NYSOTA is striving to be a state and national leader in the services that it offers to both
its members and the vendors it partners with. One of these exciting new ventures is
internet based learning in the form of webinars. Vendors will be able to insert a
company sponsored slide both at the beginning and end of the webinar. This is an
opportunity which offers exclusivity as only one advertisement will be accepted for
each webinar.

SPECIAL EVENTS & SERVICES
Gala Event
This is another exciting event for NYSOTA which is well positioned to be one of the
premier events of the calendar year for the association. The event continues to be in the
planning stages however, as with any gala event it is destined to be a night of glamour
and glitz. It will draw a wide array of professionals from across the state who are both
directly involved with and associated with the profession of occupational therapy. It
promises to be an environment that can highlight the strengths and benefits of each
vendor in a way that cannot currently be easily allowed by the events previously held.
If you have other needs or ideas that are not presented here please feel free
to contact the PR & Marketing co-ordinator so that these options can be
discussed and explored. NYSOTA is eager to be a strong and well
