bank at present is recruiting educated youths for its branches all over India. The bank declares vacancy

must be Graduate. They must have Commerce in their Graduation level.

The earlier advertisement has not been properly formatted and I could even find the spelling mistakes
in it.
Also the specified steps were not proper and explanation was quite confusing, an advertisement should
be simple and should have precise info. As lot of info leads to confusion and
misunderstanding, there should be proper info about the post and package else than the
eligibility and selection criteria.
The given advertisement was general and seems more like an essay than advertisement.

This advertisement is properly formed and self explanatory except for the few variation like the job
profile should be mentioned at the beginning. In this advertisement even the process is well formed
and everything is formed in timely mannered (as experienced by me).
Difference in advertisements of different organizations belonging to different Industries

• In banking job the requirement is specific from the candidates with commerce background,
while in case of IT industry the specification can be on base of technical skills of
communication based.
• Banking job especially for private banks allows the candidates with local language skills good
to be in their organizations as they require their employee to be more influencing to the local
public rather than those of IT industry where candidate has to move to south india for its
posting.
• Advertisement of banking sector Is more of financial kind while that of IT company has of
technical basis.
• In banking sector the level of selection criteria is lot different than IT, as it has lot of levels to
clear rather than in IT like Infosys where only 2 level of process takes place.
