We have great pleasure to introduce our selves as Heat Treaters situated in the 3rd phase
of Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore. This Heat Treatment unit equipped with various
kinds of furnaces and metallurgical testing equipment's is recently set up with
commitment to provide quality Heat Treatment services to the entire satisfaction of
customers.

The following are the major equipment's with its features incorporated in the unit.

1. GAS CARBURISING FURNACES -2 Nos.

 Effective chamber Area: 650 mm dia x 1600mm ht. (Clear working area With Oxy
Probe)

 These Furnaces designed with multiple heating circuits with independent

Temperature controlling systems will give the uniform heating and temperature
Accuracy.

 The G.C. Furnaces are provided with hydraulic door lifting system with power pack
Unit for easy and trouble-free operation.

 Pressure Gauge is provided to observe the Gas pressure during the process.

 Effective water cooling and circulation systems are provided for gasket, shafts
bearings, etc.

 An Automatic control panel with fully Electronic Display System, with Timer,
Hooters, etc., is provided control the Heat Treatment process.

 PID Digital Automatic controllers will take care to maintain the process temperature
(-) or (+) 1 C. Apart from Safety controller is provided for Over temperature
Protection.
 A computerized Intelligent Satellite Unit is provided to monitor to records the total,
each and separate Heat Treatment process with graphical records and print out.

2. HARDENING FURNACE-2 NO.

 Effective chamber size -650mm dia x 1600mm height (Clear working area).
Provided with Automatic Control Panel with Electronic Digital Displace system,
attached with computerized Intelligent Satellite Unit as described above.

3. ANNELING FURNACE-1 NO.

 Effective Chamber Area -600mm dia x 1200mm height (Clear working area).
Provided with Automatic Control Panel with Electronic Digital Displace system
attached with computerized Intelligent Satellite Unit as described above.

4. TEMPERING OVEN -2 NO.

 Effective Chamber Area - 1050mm x 600mm x 600mm, with air circulation system
and automatic Temperature control system.

5. OIL QUENCHING TANK -1 NO.

 Tank Size -1600mm x 1500mm & Castrol – ILO quench No 1.

Provided with effective water cooling system and oil recirculation system with the
Help of oil pump {Temperature Indicator with sensor is provided to display the oil
Temperature.}

6. HARDNESS TESTERS -2 Nos.

 ROCKWELL HARDENESS TESTERS. {Manufacturers: Fine Industries.}

9. D.G. SET (AUTOMATIC) - 1 NO. 250KVA( Kirloskar Green. )

10. CRANE -2 NO: 2.0 Tone Capacity each.

11. CALIBRATION TEST DONE FOR THE ENTIRE FURNACES.

UNDER INSTALATION:

Seal Quench Furnace and Metallurgical Lab equipped with microscope and other
testing equipment.
