THIS Position Handover and Takeover is made this the ............ day January Two

BETWEEN

(1) Dr. Mahfuza Nasreen W/O Dr. Md. Moniruzzaman Bhuiyan, Village- Bagmara,
Post Office & Police Station: Nawabgonj, District-Dhaka. Present address: House-
8/11, Sir Sayed Road, Mohammodpur, Dhaka and (2) Ms. Moushufa Mowri, D/O
Md. Manik Miah Village- Dhamghor, Police Station- Bondor, District-Narayangonj.
Present Address: B/7/N Shajahanpur, Railway Colony, Motijheel, Dhaka, Bangladesh
hereinafter referred to as the Landowner First Party which expression where the
context so admits shall include his heirs, successor, administrators, executors, legal
representative and assigns, of the First Part

AND

Shamsul Alamin Real Estate Ltd. a Company registered under the companies
Act 1994, having its office at “Alamin Centre” 25/A Dilkusha, 13th Floor, Dhaka,
Bangladesh, represented by its Executive Director Mr. Arafin Shamsul Alamin
hereinafter referred to as the “Developer Second Party”, which expression where
the context so admits shall include its successors, administrators, executors, legal
representatives and assigns, of the Second Part.

WHEREAS the Landowner First Party has hereby declared that the Schedule “A”
land is totally free of any encumbrances and free of any litigation to the best of her
Knowledge.

WHEREAS the Landowner First Party has hereby desire to handover her schedule
land and the developer second party agree to takeover the schedule “A” land.

885, R.S Khatian No. 880, R.S Dag No. 4257, City Corporation Holding No. 68/2
prepared by the erstwhile Tejgoan Register Office, vacant possession thereon
