researched, advised and taught about microfinance for a
number of years. She is particularly involved in several projects
dealing with education in her native India.

Foundation, Ms Baylor helps implement viable economic
development, educational and capacity building programs for
underprivileged communities in Pakistan.

The United Nations Association-Houston (UNA-Houston) is the
