The menu is set up in the true Italian way, the portions are smaller so that you may order multiple courses.
We ask that you order all of your courses, except dessert, at one time.
Nothing is pre-prepared and everything takes time to cook, we even slice the salami and cheeses to order.
Every ingredient in every dish makes the dish complete, so we will not make substitutions or exclusions to any dish.
