2. You are required to commence the work on September 11, 2008. At the time of reporting, you are required to
submit copies of the following:

 Four passport size and one stamp size photographs.

 Certificate supporting your educational qualification.
 Previous experience certificates, if any.

3. You will be under probation for six months and then you will be confirmed, until and otherwise extended by the
management.

4. During the time of probation, if your performance or conduct is not satisfactory, your services will be terminated
at 24 hours notice without assigning any reasons.

5. With regards to the terms and conditions, please sign below indicating your acceptance of our offer.
