Sales Consultant Contract
Terms and Conditions

The Sales Consultant agrees:

1. To qualify as an independent Sales Consultant, I agree to purchase the sales kit and sustain a minimum of
$250.00 in personal sales over a three month period to remain active.

2. To represent Norwex in accordance with the philosophies, objectives, and goals as set forth by Norwex. I agree
that training and development is essential to the operation of my business, and to properly represent Norwex,
the products, and myself, I agree, as an independent consultant, to participate in training as required by
Norwex policies from time to time.

3. That each order submitted to Norwex shall be correct and accompanied by proper payment for the amount
due in such order. If my orders are incorrect I hereby authorize Norwex to credit or debit my billing account as
necessary.

4. To deduct my commission, and receive payment for contracted services, as outlined by Norwex providing I
meet the criteria outlined here and elsewhere.

5. As an independent contractor, to maintain all necessary records of sales and expenses, to file all income and
withholding tax documents, to remit all source deductions required by law and conduct my business in strict
compliance with all Federal, Provincial, and local laws, including obtaining the necessary licenses.

6. That no false or misleading statements will be made concerning Norwex, its products, and I understand that if
I do so, my contract with Norwex will be terminated.
7. That I will not participate in, nor knowingly allow others to participate in, any scheme or device to deprive
Norwex of its rightful income or cause Norwex to payout any monies, gifts, product or any other form of
compensation or incentive that has not been earned with Norwex policies and procedures as established by
Norwex from time to time. Norwex will allow no sub-contracting for the purpose of selling, or third party sales.

8. To fulfill all of my obligations under this contract using only those materials authorized by Norwex. That all
training, recruiting and corporate communication materials and forms will be treated in a confidential manner
and will not be shown or given to any competitor without authorization, in writing from an officer of Norwex.
That all such materials will be returned to Norwex in the event that this contract is terminated. I also agree that
all expenses incurred and risks arising out of the performance of this Agreement will be my sole responsibility.

9. That I will not create any media, develop materials or place any advertisements of any kind; for use in
training, soliciting, or attracting customers and/or representatives that uses the Norwex name, logo, or
specific reference to any products or services without prior written consent from Norwex. Reproduction in
part or whole by any method, including photocopies or duplication or videotape, of any Norwex materials is
prohibited and will result in termination of my contract.
10. To abide by and be bound by all the provisions of the Sales Consultant contract except as specifically set forth
in this Sales Consultant Contract and Norwex Policies and Procedures at any time.

11. That Norwex has the right to amend this Sales Consultant Contract and the Norwex Policies and Procedures at
any time.

12. That Norwex will not have any express or implied obligation to any Sales Consultant, except as specifically set
forth in this contract and in the Norwex Policies and Procedures, as amended from time to time.

13. That Norwex has the right to terminate this contract within reason and without notice if necessary.
