Lorven was initially focused on the delivery of high quality services to the financial
industry, and through rapid growth propelled by the flurry of Information Technology
related activities. Lorven branched into other major industry sectors, including

Employee (full-time) Placement Services

As Lorven marketing representatives receive requirements to fill open fulltime employee


positions at our clients, Lorven readily supplies our clients with fully qualified candidates
such as technicians, engineers, and executives. Through our effective recruiting
processes, these candidates bring with them the sharpest technological skills and the
highest degree of business understanding. The fact remains that the greatest resource in
making our client’s business successful is the best possible people. Lorven understand
our clients’ business and technical requirements and technologies and presents

candidates that have that same understanding. Lorven earns a placement fee upon
acceptance of our candidates.

Right-to-Hire

Clients’ immediate needs for specialized skills and experience satisfied through engaged
Lorven consultants occasionally leads to full-time employment opportunities for our
consultants. Essentially, our Lorven consultants are offered the opportunity to join the
clients’ organization as an employee. Lorven is amenable to these opportunities as it is a
“win-win-win” for all parties.

• It is a win for our client because their immediate needs were resolved and the
client had a good experience with the consultant before the hiring process was
introduced.

• It is a win for the consultant for the same reasoning in that the consultant has
been exposed to the day-to-day culture and work environment of the client.

• And lastly, it is a win for Lorven by continuously adding value for our clients by
solving technology and human resources needs.

Lorven earns a placement fee, as in employment placement services above, each time our
client’s successfully convert one of our consultants to an employee of the clients’ firm.
Fees details are as below:

For Permanent Placement

Lorven earns a percentage fee of CTC across all levels. The CTC will include Basic, HRA,
Conveyance, PF, LTA, Medical Allowance, Flexible expense allowance and assured annual
bonus if any. In addition, Client agrees to pay Lorven a Central Excise Service tax @ 10.2%
on the actual of the Professional fee(s) charged.

We are flexible in our fees and always negotiable. Please talk to us.

The fee structure will be as follows

Note: The fee for the contract employees are case to case basis, based on the
requirements and years of experience.
