A. WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN

a. Prepaid and postpaid subscribers of SMART Communications,
GLOBE Telecom and SUN Cellular who are 13 years old and
above anywhere in the Philippines.

B. HOW TO JOIN
1. Buy any of the participating Mountain Dew products such as
12oz glass bottle, 500mL plastic bottle, 750mL glass bottle,
1.25L plastic bottle, 1.5L plastic bottle or 2L plastic bottle
2. Register via SMS for free. Text DEW REG
<Name/Age/Gender/City> and send to 2861 for SMART,
GLOBE and SUN subscribers.
3. Check the code under the cap or crown. 1 code is equal to 1
entry.
4. Text DEW <8-DIGIT CODE> to 2861. Subscribers will be
charged P2.50 for SMART and GLOBE and P2.00 SUN
5. Wait for the reply. For the Minor and Major prizes, you will
receive an SMS reply letting you know if you’ve won. Winners
of the grand prize will get a call from a Dew representative.
6. The more you drink Mountain Dew, the more chances of
winning.

D. REDEMPTION, VERIFICATION AND CONTROL MEASURES

MINOR PRIZE
1. P15 Airtime Load will be sent automatically via electronic
transfer within 24 hours.
a. Postpaid winners of P15 airtime load may transfer the
load to any prepaid number of the same network.
Instructions on how to transfer will be sent.

 b. For postpaid subscribers who wish to transfer P15
airtime load to a prepaid subscriber, he/she should send
DEW LOAD <11-digit prepaid mobile number> to 2861.
Example: DEW LOAD 09181234567. Subscribers will
be charged PHP2.50 for SMART and GLOBE, PHP2.00
for SUN subscribers.

2. Subscribers may win up to 3 times per day. Winners of P15

load may also win other prizes on the same day.

MAJOR PRIZES
3. Winners of the GT Mountain Bikes, and Samsung Galaxy Mini
Phones, iPod Nanos 8GB will be contacted directly by
Mountain Dew representatives for all redemption details.

4. Vintel Logistics, partner of Mountain Dew, will deliver the prizes

to the winners. Winners should present the following items:
a. Proof of purchase (caps/crown) with the winning code
b. At least 2 valid IDs with photo
c. The SMS notification with the winning reference code
d. Notification Mail from Mountain Dew

5. Upon claiming the prize, winners should fill out the registration
form with:
a. Full name
b. Mailing address
c. Age
d. Contact number
e. Email address
6. Winners shall surrender the winning proof of purchase.
a. Once delivered, the winner will sign the
acknowledgement receipt form to complete the delivery.
b. In the event of a disqualified winner, the prize will be
returned to the system on specified throw back dates.
7. Winners of Major prizes can still win Minor and Grand Prizes
but can no longer win any Major Prize on the same day.

 1. Winners of the Mitsubishi Montero Sport 2.5 GLX 4x2 MT will
be contacted directly by Mountain Dew representatives for all
redemption details.

2. Winner should present the following items:

a. Proof of purchase (cap/crown) that matches the winning
code.
b. At least 2 valid IDs with photo
c. Notification Mail from Mountain Dew

3. The winner should fill out the registration form with:

a. Full name
b. Mailing address
c. Age
d. Contact number
e. Email address
4. Winner shall surrender the winning proof of purchase.
a. Upon delivery, winner should sign the acknowledgement
receipt.
b. In the event of a disqualified winner, the prize will be
raffled off the next day.
5. Winners of the grand prize may only win one Mitsubishi
Montero Sport 2.5 GLX 4x2 MT for the entire duration of the
promo, but may win Minor Prizes or one of the Major Prizes on
the same day.

E. Control Measures

MINOR PRIZES
1. Random disbursement of the P15 airtime load to winning
consumers who purchase Mountain Dew and text in valid
promo codes will be done continuously throughout the day.

MAJOR PRIZES
2. Random disbursement of the major prizes (i.e. iPod Nano
8GB, GT Mountain Bike, and Samsung Galaxy Mini Phone) will
be done in the presence of an FDA representative.

3. Winners of the major prizes will be contacted directly by

Mountain Dew representatives for all redemption details.

 4. Winners of major prizes need to present their winning SMS
message with the reference code and proof of purchase
(cap/crown) with the winning promo code to the fulfilment
partner, Vintel. Tampered caps or crowns will be subject to
evaluation by Pepsi Co, BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines
and FDA.

5. Major prizes will be delivered by Vintel to the address stated by

the winner during verification/registration.

GRAND PRIZE
1. Four (4) Mitsubishi Montero Sports 2.5 GLX 4x2 MT will also
be disbursed at specific dates and times during the duration of
the promo. This will be done in the presence of an FDA
representative. Wolfpac will send an email notification to
PepsiCo and BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines containing
the details of the winner/s and transaction/s. These details will
be used to immediately contact the winner/s of the Mitsubishi
Montero Sports 2.5 GLX 4x2 MT. This email report shall be
generated and sent upon determination of the winner/s.
2. Winners of the Mitsubishi Montero Sports 2.5 GLX 4x2 MT will
not be sent an SMS reply, but will however be contacted by
Mountain Dew representatives, via phone call.

3. Winners of the Grand Prizes need to present their proof of

purchase (cap or crown with the winning code) to the Mountain
Dew representative. Tampered caps or crowns will be subject
to the evaluation by Pepsi Co, BBDO BBDO
Guerrero/Proximity Philippines and FDA.

4. Winners of the Grand Prizes will be contacted by Mountain

Dew representatives for the redemption details.

FOR ALL PRIZES:

5. An FDA Representative shall be invited to check, validate and
verify the computer system for registration, sending of replies,
receiving entries and winning codes that are randomly
generated by the computer.
6. Prizes are tax free.

7. Non-mobile prizes, including GT Mountain Bikes, Samsung

Galaxy Mini phones, iPod Nanos 8GB and Mitsubishi Montero

 Sport 2.5 GLX 4x2 MT are not convertible to cash, non-
transferrable and may be claimed within 60 days after
receiving the winner’s notification.

8. Upon delivery of the prizes, winners of the Major prizes will be

asked to sign an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT FORM.

9. All winners below 18 years of age need to be with their legal

guardian to claim prize. The winner and the legal guardian
should present a valid ID and a birth certificate, together with
the SMS message with the winning reference code (for Major
Prizes) and proof of purchase (Cap or crown with the winning
code). The latter should also present proof that he/she is the
legal guardian of the minor.

10. If the winner is not able to personally receive the prize upon
delivery, he/she may have his/her authorized representative.
The representative should have all the above-mentioned
requirements ready in order to claim the prize on the winner’s
behalf.

11. For winners of the Major prizes in Metro Manila: In the event
that the winner or his authorized representative is not able to
receive the prize upon delivery, the prize can be collected at
Vintel Logistics,
Warehouse #1, Armal Cmpd. C. Raymundo Ave., Maybunga
Pasig City. Open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

12. If the winner or his/her authorized representative did not collect

the prize within the 60-day redemption period starting from the
last day of the promo, the prize will be forfeited upon FDA
approval.

13. Employees of Pepsi Cola Products Philippines Inc. (PCPPI),

Pepsi Partners: EDS and Distributors, Pepsico International
(PI), Pepsi-Cola Far East Trade Development Inc. (PCFET),
BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines, WolfPac Mobile Inc.,
Wireless Services Asia (WSA), Vintel Logistics, Smart
Communications Inc., Globe Telecom, and Sun Cellular and
their respective subsidiaries and suppliers including their
relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity
are disqualified to join the promo.

14. Final decision of Pepsi Co and BBDO BBDO

Guerrero/Proximity Philippines in accordance with FDA will be
followed.
