Pending work list

Aspiration
All the bag filter and cyclone inlet and outlet aspiration duct should be fix with gaskets
Proper supports and tension rings should be fix in all the aspiration routing line
In all the places cleaning doors, false air and throttle valve needs to be fix in all the places
System 10 and 12 routing work is under progress
Dampener should be fix in all the fan inlet in both the lines
DRHC aspiration line required throttle valve.
MGCZ - aspiration routing line to be complete.
System 7 final connection - flange bolts not tighten, gap should be close.
BSPB - cleaning door and false air not fixed and it should be fix as per drawing

Spouting
CC 4 outlet hoppers to spout connection needs to me modify as per drawing.
D1,2,3 & 4 outlet spout spouting final connection
Bin 21, 22,23 & 24 inlet spouting needs to be done as per drawing.
E25 to Bin 29 inlet spouting needs to be modification as per drawing.
MSDL 80 ( A & B ) grouting pending.
All the souting clamps should be fix properly
E31 to SC 8 spout modification required as per drawing
E 22 to SC 6 spout modification required as per drawing
DRHC inlet and outlet spout clamp needs to fix properly
DRHC below the CC top cover should be fix.
All the SC and CC inlet should be fix properly other wise dust will escape
Husk pipe line work is yet to complete
DRGA thin grading outlet pipe needs to be proper support
BSPB 1 st pass 2nd machine inlet spout needs to be modify -
APS should be fix properly.
All the big bins proper support and alignment required(foundation bolts needs to be tighten)
Few bins Level sensors not fixed - BSPB etc.
Hopper 11 High level
E20 Inlet spouting angle needs to be cross check ( C1, 2, & C3)
Bin 22, and Bin 23 sight glass and Bracket fixing along with Sensor.
KB 60 motor mounting plate foundation bolt not tighten properly
B1 and B2 outlet spouting line needs to be cross check as per drawing
E1 & E2 outlet spouting line needs to be cross check as per drawing
DRSD brown rince spouting line needs to be modify as per drawing

Compressor line
BSPB Pn slide gate connection
MZAH air connection
Sortex machine connection
Water drain system in all the floors - Traps
Cleaning points in all the floors

General
All the fan motors should be as per BBAN Standard and if any deviation it should be replace as per BBAN M & L
Customer has to cross check the other supplier motors rating if any deviation it should be replace as per BBAN standard.
CC 3 slide gate should be dubble acting cylinder
CC 4 & 5 overflow flap not found and it should be fix as per drawing
SC 11 Over flow flap not working properly and it should be fix properly.
CC 6 Over flow flap not working properly and it should be rectify
CC 7 Over flow flap not working properly and it should be rectify
CC 12 Over flow flap not working properly and it should be rectify
CC 13 Over flow flap not working properly and it should be rectify
Below the SC 3, 5 - PS should be dabble coil
 To avoid dust and air leak
